Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI)
The MMI stands for Multiple Mini interviews. This format of interview evaluates an applicants communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
MMI INFORMATION
During COVID-19 The University of Manitoba moved the MMI portion of the application process to a virtual format.

MMI invites are sent out in January and take place in February.

There are 6 stations that include a prompt and 3 questions

2 out of the 6 stations are in French for bilingual applicants

Indigenous Applicants have their own MMI pool

Indigenous MMI pool has a one-on-one style or panel type process.
